All deliveries are made between 12noon – 5.00pm (Mon-Fri) 9.30am-12.30pm (Sat). We are unable to offer deliveries after 5.00pm

We do not offer delivery on Sunday or Public Holidays.
Delivery is available within Singapore only.
We strive to meet estimated delivery times but do not guarantee them.
Our Makgeolli is transported via chiller truck and must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time, we will not proceed with the delivery.
A redelivery fee of SGD 15 will apply. To avoid additional charges, please inform us of any changes to the delivery date or address at least 24 hours in advance.
If delivery has already taken place, refunds will exclude delivery charges.
One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchanged product is not eligible for further exchange or refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, courier issues).
Customers assume full responsibility for the consumption of purchased alcohol.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of misusing alcohol.
A flat delivery fee of SGD 15 applies to orders below SGD 180.
Limited to one delivery address per order. Additional addresses require separate orders.
Store bottles upright to prevent leakage and preserve carbonation.
Swirl very gently before serving makkoli.
Unopened bottles: Best consumed by best before date/within 3 months of production date.
Opened bottles: Should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 7 days for optimal freshness.
Once opened, Makkoli may gradually lose its carbonation and develop a more fermented flavor profile.
Soju and spirits do not require refrigeration.
